National Manufacturing Day at Hi Tech Precision/Sea-Lap

We will be open for tours and a short presentation on what we do. We are contract machine shop that uses raw materials like aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and steel in the form of metal bars, castings and forgings. We machine from raw material into custom parts for our customers. The parts we have made can be found almost anywhere in the world and out of this world, from the bottom of the North Sea to Mars. You will see multi-axis CNC Lathes and CNC Mills in operation and a short discussion on what we are doing. Business Casual dress is preferred with comfortable, closes toed shoes. No high heels, flip flops or sandals will be allowed on the plant floor. Safety glasses will be provided. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a teacher or guardian. We look forward to meeting all those who are interested in the future of manufacturing and any one interested in seeing what a modern manufacturing facility looks like.
